I am having the same problem as another consumer. I cancelled the product before the end of the 30-day trial period and they charged my bank account anyway. They had already charged me 2nd day air shipping to get it in the first place. They said they have to have the product returned into the warehouse before they will credit you back your money. Seems kind of shady to me.
