Dell Technical Support To Whom It May Concern,
I wish to warn all potential customers about the horrible technical support at Dell. I have an Inspiron 5100, which works all right by itself. There have been problems, however, when I have tried using other peripherals with it - the (Dell) printer, the (Dell) PDA, and now the internet. After spending a lot of time on the phone with their technical support, the problem is now worse. And I've called and called. They finally set up an appointment time with me to talk - but didn't call. I called again. They again set up an appointment time with me to talk - and again didn't call. The representatives try to be helpful, but Dell has set it up that I never get to speak to anyone with authority, who will see that this is resolved. I don't blame their representatives at all- I think this is the way Dell has it set up.
