Allied Interstate

Allied Interstate Good Morning, I have a credit card that went to collections due to loss, of job, my health and a few other reasons. This is not the creditors fault, it is mine. BUT there is no reason to be verbally abused by two employees from Allied Interstate. I stated that I never received their notification, and if I did I would have contacted them. When I said this the first abusive employee, kept repeating YOU'RE A DEBTOR YOU'RE A DEBTOR! Many times she said this yelling into the phone, and would not listen to what I had to say, totally disregarded my request for a letter to be resent. So, I called again and spoke with a new employee, who when I asked for his name & the spelling, began spelling, I questioned the spelling because I could not hear him to well, he said: You have a problem, cause you don't listen. I said you people are funny( meaning you have got to be kidding me who are you to yell?) & he said "Do you know who you are dealing with? Later today I will be reporting them to the BBB, and I am seeking counsel, because this kind of behavior I will not tolerate, nor should anyone else. Oh, by the way I spoke with a supervisor, and all they had to tell me was to request a new letter to be sent to my address. I have every intent of paying my debt, but not through "shakedown tactics" As it is the interest rates are almost as high as a vig!!!!!!!!!
