ADT SECURITY HARASSMENT FOR BILL PAYMENT

This company has been harassing me concerning a payment of $144.26 which was made and deducted from my online bank account on Feb 2, 2007. They are now threatening to discontinue service in a few days. I have spoken to customer service at my bank and they said they sent a copy of the cancelled payment to ADT, yet ADT will not acknowledge this.
