complain

hello, My name is Dima, and i have no idea is that wright email about

complain. I had and having bad experiences with Bank of America. Last y.

i was in Ukraine and use my debit card. I last it in Ukraine and when i gat

back tu US, i ask for new card, i never get new card, i have been asking for

11 times ( it is true), i decided to close my account and open another one

in another bank, what i did, but it was a problem,:( Now i have a

account in Wachovia, 9what is the BEST!!!!, nebver had any problems with

them), also i have an account in Bank of America, last Friday June 8th i

made a deposit 130$ in cash and 400 check before 3pm at 1 pm, when i

checked my balance on line it is even not shoeing that i made a deposit,

always when i am making deposit in cash it is shoeing emedetly, but is is

nothing, my money is gone, What i have to do, i need help. Thanks
