E-11, Jhandewalan Extn Videocon Tower, Pahar Ganj, New Delhi-110055 *SUB: NOTICE BEFORE FILING CONSUMER CAMPLAINT* Dear Sir, I bought Two Air Conditioner from World Voice Radio, Ram Nagar, Pahar Ganj, New Delhi-55 vide Bill No. Dt. (Challan No.40723 & 40742) Make VIDEOCON Model 1 Ton Split Ch. No.00266 & 1739+954. At the time of purchased dealer promised me that only Videocon given you four year long warranty which is none of other companies given you. Dealer also promised me if there is any troubled you just call me and your problem will be solved within a day or day after tomorrow. I registered three complained to Videocon service centre vide no. is 400VI07F01101 on 01-06-07, 400VI07F04363 on 4-06-07 and 400VI07F07573 on 7-6-07, in that reply only Mr Manoj (9213884899) visited and during the inspection it was found that the gas was not there in the compressor and hence he recommended to get a replacement or he give me an option to get it refilled by videocon technicians and I write dawn your problem but today is not possible to solve that problem but tomorrow definitely I will do that, please given me one day time. As of now nobody come here. It is really a horrible experience for me to switch over my brand loyalty from Voltas to Videocon and I must say that I made the most foolish decision while purchasing the AC. Neither Mr. Josh nor Mr Tyagi gives a reciprocal call after so many request made by me. I hope you can understand how disheartening it is to buy two new AC's worth Rs. 33,000/- but you can't operate it through out this summer season. Daily I called to service centre they given me new complaint number after two days. I also called to Mr. Tyagi (Area Head) (9312949858) he always spoken like that, your problem is not solved yet I immediately send some body after that I called to Mr. Josh (GM at Videocon Towers, Jhandewalan, New Delhi) (9313598717) but no response. I am making continuous efforts making numerous phone calls to all of the gentlemen but still my request has not been considered. I called to aurangabad also but they only given me assurance & promised nothing else. Now I give you seven days time to settle my accounts and refund of full amount with suitable interest (18%) and also with suitable compensation, else we will file a complaint with the Consumer Court as you are protected under the Consumer Protection Act of 1986. I also inform to you that complaint will be at his cost and expenses, and you will also provide me seek compensation for the mental agony caused due to his deficiency in service.
