No returns without a gift receipt is a ridiculous Target policy. I

had a baby shower for my 2nd baby and received Circo brand baby items

(only sold in Target stores), and no gift receipt. I was advised to

ask the gift purchaser for the receipt. Well...it is not proper

etiquette to do that! You can only return 2 non receipt items per

year. For as much money as I spend at Target each year, they owe me

favor to take back the $30.00 worth of cltothing merchandise with the

tags still on. Sounds like they really don't care about their

customers, and will sacrifice future sales for the sake of not having

to exchange/return items.
