I have subscribed a chidren's fortnightly magazine Magic Pot - published

by Malayala Manorama publications ltd. for my son (S P Rishal) from Jan

2007.

I am not at all receiving the issues on time.

For every issue i had to call the Chennai office and tell them.. Later

after reminding twice they will send the copy.

It is very bad that from a experienced & established publisher we are

getting poor customer service

The email id of the Kottayam, head office subscription division is also

wrong.

The complaint emails i am sending are returning..

I will be happy if complaints.com could forward this message to the

Kottayam head office.

The issues can be rarely obtained from the news stands.

So we are left with no other option other than subscribing.

On subscription we have to make two-three calls per issue for receiving .

I am not sure whether in consumer court case can be filed for this sort of

complaint
