Complaint

Hi,

My name is Dharmender Dahiya and I have registered complaint of my

Refrigerator which was not working from Sunday (03/06/07) in videocon

call center at 39898910 (Complaint Number: 400vg07f03251).

Engineer visited my place on Monday and rectified the problem but on

Tuesday again my Refrigerator stopped working with same problem. I

called up on Tuesday and talked to Ruman, she told me that there is no

need for new complaint we will send the engineer on the same old

complaint number (400vg07f03251) and the problem will be fixed within

next 38hrs. But till Wednesday evening nobody turned up and I called

again and this time they promised me that engineer will visit my place

on Thursday morning, but no one did turn up.

Then on Friday when I called again, agent named Neha took my complaint

and provided me with new complaint number 400vg07f08411, also she told

me she will call me at 2.15 pm and tell me when the engineer will come

to my place. But she never called me and no engineer has visited my

place till now.

Now things have just gone above my ahead since its been 6 days that my

Refrigerator is not working. I paid Rs.225/- as repair cost on Monday

for which

I was given 15 days of warranty with the same problem.

The deadline for you to get the problem sorted and get my Refrigerator

fixed is today evening or I will lodge a complaint at Consumer Count on

Saturday. I have recorded all my conversation with videocon people and

receipt slip as an evidence.
