wrong DVD

Just recently I ordered the DVD ONG BAK THE THIA WARRIOR. However, your

store sent me a PSP type disc instead of the DVD. And when I placed my order I

had asked for the DVD. I would like to know how you can fix this mistake. I

would like to hear an answer ASAP. Thank You
