hi,

I m kiran bajpe, (from India). i had bought the nokia N72 mobile in =

the month of Oct'06. In april, the problem started, it was not charging =

and while approaching the nokia care centre, the first care centre =

person didnt take it. on giving it to another care centre in the same =

city they accepted it, saying they shal look into the problem. They told =

me that i shall recieve it in 3 days, but i didnt get it till 2 =

months.Frequent calls to nokia care and visits to the care centre were =

not fruitful. I used to call nokia care everyday for the status which =

was not provided.I used to get false communications that i shall gget it =

in a week.(i have mails also, saying that i shall receive it on so-so =

date, but it was not to be true). After 2 months i got it, but it has =

more problems. The mobile starts on its own, in between a call, anytime. =

It just simply hangs up. It has only one year warranty, out of which 2 =

months were with them and now again if I give them, it shall take time, =

also they dont provide extended warranty.

I am highly dissatisfied with the Nokia product and the carecentre =

people.

Hope to save lots of people some major headaches - stay away from Nokia =
