have been receiving calls from Academy Collection Services since =

February and have asked them nicely to please remove my number from =

their call list. It is now to the point where I am fed up, I am now =

angry that I continue to get these calls and when I ask them to stop =

calling all they can say is "you haven't answered my question is she =

there." I have advised them that I am a business and do not wish to =

receive calls. Well once again I received a call from a very rude gal. =

When I called back and spoke with one of the supervisors "Bob" he was =

extremely rude (I can see where they get it, must be how they're =

trained). He said the conversation was being recorded, I said "I hope it =

was". He then hung up.=20

Where do I file a consumer grievance?
