NCO Financial in Canada

Dear Sir or Madam,

Now I am reporting a complaint to a company called "NCO Financial" who is often making wrong phone calls to me, asking for collecting a ticket which occurred a couple of years ago when I have not been to Canada yet, and also they always gave a WRONG birth date for verification. Even though they were told that they did the wrong thing, they continue their threatening phone call once a month. I don't believe this wrong behavior is occurring so often, and I don't believe why such company is allowed to operate in Canada? Please be careful with this company and with such kind of phone calls!
