Mitchum Smart Solid Deodorant

Mitchum Smart Solid Deodorant The "smart solid" has a habit of falling apart long before you have finished the amount available. This is a cost that is very unwanted and should be unnecessary. The product should be made to not fall apart with normal application. I believe that I deserve a refund or a replacement. This is not the first time that this has occurred. There have been several incidences, but this is the first time that I've officially complained about the product. As far as the product working after it is successfully applied it is great. But the cost is prohibitive if all you get to use is half of the product. Please address this problem. Thank you. These deodorants are expensive and my husband and I are on a very careful budget. I recently purchased the gel Anti-Perspirant & deodorants. The time it was too late to return both of them. I figured this was just a mishap with the first one but recently the second one broke. So you are talking about losing out on about close to $8.00. I also am so disappointed that you no longer sell only the Deodorant. I do not like Anti-Perspirant & deodorants. I bought one gel one only and hope to find simple deodorant by your Company soon. I would be nice to receive some coupons for compensation. I have not given up on your Company but I am very disappointed. Can you make this right? When I wrote to the company they told me I could only get a refund if I sent them the crumbled portion of the deodorant. Yeah, like I would save the crumbled up unusable portion and actually put it in the mail. Absurd!
