Mail.com / Premium - No Adds I've been using Mail.com for roughly eight years and never had major problems until about a year ago. Things slowly began to happen such as losing all of my e-mails or the site being out for a day, but the problems were usually corrected relatively quickly. For over a week, I'm only able to login into the site approximately 5% of the time. I've contacted technical support to no avail and have been provided ridiculous instructions to correct (I'm a software engineer). Still, I gave them a try and nothing. I've used multiple browsers, multiple computers, multiple providers, etc. and still nothing. Needless to say, I won't be renewing my subscription to the service and will use it for junk mail. It's not really worth anything else. The only reason I want to log back in again is so that I may transfer all mail in my Inbox out. Thanks.
