Letter toCertegy Ck Srvs. To Whom It May Concern: The following is a letter I mailed to the CEO of Certegy Check Services. = I just wanted you and all other check cashing consumers to know this is = a very poor way of doing business. June 6, 2007 Lee Kennedy, CEO Certegy Check Services P.O. Box 30046 Tampa, Florida 33630 Mr. Kennedy: I tried to pay for a purchase with a company check at Staples in Dearborn, Michigan. The check was refused for cashing. Your representative told me "my check falls=20 under your patterns and guidelines for possibly not being cashable". This is the first time ever one of my checks has not been accepted. Please provide me a list of your customers in Michigan so that I can refuse to do business with them. In addition, I will email all 400 of my clients telling them of your patterns and guidelines so that they may also refuse to do business with your customers. Also, I will urge all of my clients not to use your service in=20 the future. Sincerely, Douglas E.
