Lennox XP 15 Heat Pump Residential installation Our "emergency efficient", "cost saving" unit was installed 1-23-07 and shortly after failed due to a loss of charge (refrigerant). After multiple service calls, lost days of work, frustration, being cold and now hot, and excessive electric bills due to being on "emergency heat" all this time , no one takes responsibility. I have spent more hours calling, waiting, being here for service, e-mailing, faxing, filing formal complaints, calling long distance etc. than I have spent taking care of routine responsibilities. After over 40 man hours of labor, the installer, Triangle Refrigeration in Leola, PA replaced the outside unit 5-31-07 but only after a lot of effort on my part. Why should it take so long? Who reimburses me for MY time? Lennox has been less than sympathetic for something that means very little to them as a company financially. I paid $6,350 for this system and didn't get my money's worth. Customer Service means more than pretty logos and talk. Fair and expeditious service is expected.
