Complaint for no response Airtel

Dear Sir,

I'm Syed Zubair I'm a regular prepaid customer of Airtel Prepaid. I live in bhopal I'm not able to send ISD sms to my friend they deduct my balance but my sms not send I have this problem last 1 month I did many complaints to Airtel's 121 customer care no. and it's Airtel outlets also but they didn't take any action on that I m suffering since last month so plz sir help me and do the need full action on your hand.
