Aquaguard Classic model ( under 02 Years service contract) is not being attended.

Dear Sir,

My aquaguard classic model is under 02 years service contract with your Jhansi service center. Some 15 days back I faced problem in the machine and lodged complain over phone No 05103200016, the complain No. given was 200 also self was assured to send technician with in 01 week time. After a week, I enquired regarding technician and then I was asked to re-lodge complain at 05102448312, the complain was re-lodged, complain No given was 16.

After time and again reminders since then nobody has turned-up till now. Please instruct your Jhansi service center to own the service contract and attend the complain at the earliest. Please note that apart from complain Machine is over due for regular service / replacement of carbon (under service contract).
