911 Safes.com This is an on line business that sells safes. The safe I wanted was not shown on the website so I emailed their "customer service" and they were extremely rude. =20 They told me to go through the order process and then tell them in comments The safe I wanted. I emailed back that I had to order the wrong safe in order to Get to the comments section and they replied back that . . . . "I obviously don't follow directions well, and that I=20 told you to go through the process and order the wrong safe!" I couldn't believe it - this was unreal that a customer service person would say this to me and then they said that yes I would order 2 safes but Trust them they will send me and bill me correctly. I think that they are running a scam and I don't trust them at all with my credit card information. There is no phone number to contact them - Don't buy from this unscrupulous dealer. I called the customer service number that IS on the web site and received valuable information, form a very nice gentleman. I made my purchase, based on his help, and had a totally satisfactory experience. Maybe you had a communication problem somewhere? I highly recommend this company. I clicked on the contact us link and told them what safe I was looking for and they found it for me and notified me when they posted it on their website, so I could order it, and it WAS the lowest price I could find in the U.S. These guys treated me with the Best customer service. Must be the difference in the customers.
