trakFone in miami florida

i am writing a complaint about Trakfone. I was told by Trakfone that the pho=

ne i had was obsolete and they would send me a newer model.

i got a newer model however it is defective and does not work. i was on the=20=

phone for hours with trakfone asking them to send me a model that works and=20=

i would send back this one. they put into customer service all people who do=

not speak english very well so it takes hours to get them to understand eve=

rything.

in the end, they will not send me a new phone. i am phoneless. i have paid f=

or service up to July so i have now been without a working phone for two wee=

ks and they are making no effort to make sure my service is possible.

this company is pure and plain sh__.=C2=A0 they do zero customer service. th=

ey are expensive to use. and now they are refusing to provide service. they=20=

should be sued.
