Jiffy Lube - Falls Church

My wife took her 2001 Eldorado to this shop for an oil change. She came home with a bill for over $500. This shop did several things to her car which were not even called for for many, many more miles. When I called them, they grudging agreed to refund the cost of the transmission oil replacement but NOT the coolant replacement, which Cadillac recommends be done at 125,000 miles.

In addition, I have requested but not gotten my vehicle records so that I can go elsewhere for my cars service.
