This is the worst car dealership I have ever dealt with. My son and I went

to the Memorial Day tent sale and he purchased his first car. He just

graduated from the University of Minnesota and is moving to Atlanta for

his job. They were quick to get his financing and take his cash. After the

sale they made us wait for over 2 hours to sign the paper work. I asked to

see the manager who was too busy. We left in disgust and after crossing

the parking lot he sent someone to bring us back to his office. He

proceeded to tell that's just how it is. No apology just a lame excuse.

The next day we picked up the car with not even enough gas to make it

home. The service you will receive after the sale reflects on just what

you can expect from them for the life of the car. There are plenty of

other dealerships in the Minneapolis area that take pride in how they

treat their customers. Next time we will buy from one of them!
