Beach Body/ Misleading Information failure to cancel order and refund money

I was watching a Beach Body infomercial on the evening of June 4, 2007. After watching and hearing you can purchase the product for $19.95 and receive free express shipping if you call within 4 minutes. Therefore I did this, I did not speak with a live person, it was a teleprompter. After the teleprompter kept offering other products, I hung up because I was getting confused as to what to order. Because I hung up and did not receive any type of confirmation number (because legitimate companies provide confirmation number especially for credit card purchases). I assumed that the order did not go through but I did proceed to visit the website and issue a cancellation. I checked my bank to see if the amount had been debited and wasn't. June 5 I receive an email stating that my request had been received and I would get another email when the order shipped. I never received an email stating the order had shipped and I checked my account again to see if the order had

processed, and it had not. June 6, I reviewed my account and saw I had been charged for $36.30 when the initial price was announced for $19.95 and free shipping. I contacted a Customer Service Rep and explained the situation and requested to cancel my order. I was that she could not cancel my order because it had shipped and it would take 5 - 7 days. My fees included the DVD, taxes and s& h. I still have not received anything stating that my order has shipped

I ordered Turbo Jams from Beachbody and all I wanted was a workout video. I spoke with a man on the phone and after I told him what I wanted he kept offering other products. It was so confusing I wanted to hang up!

Two days ago I found a charge from Beachbody for $19.95, a recurring membership to their website which I DID NOT want. They automatically charge you within 30 days ( not sure becaue I completely forgot when I order. Maybe that is their tatic. ) if you don't cancel they charge you monthyly...

Maybe they hope people won't see it, Im calling my bank today, they are pretty good about taking charges off.

I will be complaining to the BB ANd changing my credit card number!
