Bad Rediff shopping experience This is one of the shocking experience of me while shopping with REDIFF. I won the auction of Sony ericsson k790i in 11001 rs on 24th May 2007. This money was debited from credit card account on 30 May 2007. Today is 6th june 2007, i asked abt the order straight from vendor, Mr Kapil Aggarwal (registered as !st Wholesaler with rediff) (Mobile number 09811023300 ). He straight forwardly refused not to deliver the order as he is making loss in this deal. I try to threaten him by saying abt the legal action. He said, whatever u can do, you do. Hamein koi farak nahin padta. I told this story to rediff shopping customer care. They said, Vendor told that mobile is out of stock, so all t he money will be refunded back. I would like to ask you and all ppls who have experience in auction shopping, Vendor will auction that thing which is available with him. How it cant be out of stock? Advise me what to do here?
