2001 NIssan Pathfinder with extended warranty Nissan of Darien Our vhicle overheated on May 26 and we had to take a cab and train home as the Nissan dealers/consumer affairs were closed for the holiday. Three days later we had the vehicle towed to the nearest dealer, Nissan of Darien. Two days later they looked at the vehicle and said the thermostat, housing, seal o ring and gasket were the cause and that the parts were not covered under our three year extended warrant. (car has 68,000 miles). We told them to repair the vehicle. It is STILL in the shop, unrepaired despite repeated calls as they are waiting for the thermostat. We have been without transportation for 12 days. We were promised that we would have SECURITY with our warranty. (Trip interruption, hotel, meals, car rental.) We will never purchase another NIssan. Does anyone know of a number to reach the corporate office of Nissan so that we can apply pressure to get our vehicle back?
