www.Hometowncandy.com AKA Barnegat Candy LLC

I ordered 20 pounds of candy from WWW.HometownCandy.com on April 24,2007. I

immediately called them on the telephone to discuss my order as I made a

mistake in the type of candy I ordered. I left a message, no response. I have

called repeatedly, e-mailed and IM with no response. Finally I sent an e-mail

canceling my order because of the lack of response and demanded that I not be

charged on my credit card. Upon receiving my credit card bill I was charged

and placed with the credit card company as in dispute $72.19. This is a

fraudulent company.
