I have a complaint to make against :

who are related to SOLE trader shop.

I ve bought a pair of shoes from SOLE and I ve been charged twice on my credit card.Getting my money back seems forever as i ve called them and i was delayed from a day to another, as a main reason was that Dave Mercer was not at the office.They said they will call me back but they never did.I ve emailed him but was not really bothered to solve my problem,he was talkin to me like i would lie.Anyway this transaction was on 17 th of june and i have still not received a reply or my money back.Could please advise me what i should do in order to sort out my problem?
