I have purchased Eureka Forbes water R.O . I had annual maintenance =

contract with Eureka Forbes vide contract receipt No AG 96B 12934852. =

The contract Expired on 07.05.07 . During the tenure of contract the =

service was not rendered . During the course I am made to run from pillar =

to post to get in touch various service officials like Mr Jaywant Vadik , =

Mr Vijay , Mr.Siddesh Salvi , Mr.Ramdas .


Finally , I was put in touch with Mrs Anu Kotian with her intervention =

the service person came and carried out the service . Since the =

contractual Obligation mentioned in the contract I have requested for an =

extension of Annual maintenance contract . Once again I am experincing =

the same merry go round I have been moving in circles . Your service =

person - Mr.Lalchand Yadav's number was given to my wife awith an =

instruction to get in touch with him . I have tried his mobile number but =

always busy .I have tried not less than 10 times to day . I even tried to =

reache Mrs.Anu Kotian unfortunately she was not availble in her seat =

thrice I called today .


Will the senior echelons in Eureka wake up to the fact that it is =

because of the customer they are getting their salaries and enjoying =

perquisites . Are you guys aware of the type of services you are giving =

to your customers ? are you guys aware of irresponsible , callous , rude =

and arrogant behavious of your service personnel . =


I am also a senior person working with a company of repute , but we treat =

our customers with honesty and respect , and we meet our customers =

expectations sometimes to retain we go overboard . =


Has Eureka forbes become invincible that it can such a high level of =

arrogance in service industry . =


Please let me know who ? when will my compliant will be resolved ?
