- Videocon Airconditioner

Dear Sir,

With very high hopes iam writing this mail so that my

grievance can be redressed. Recently my sister had a very

bad experience in taking a product from videocon. She had

purchased an air conditioner from next electronics shop from

Ghaziabad just a couple of days back. The air conditioner

remote stopped functioning the very next day we registered

the complaint in the next electronics shop the same day.

They diverted us to videocon customer care. It has been

almost 20 days but my sister has not heard from videocon.

Every time we call they say that the remote is out of stock.

There is a person called Amit in the customer care who is

very rude.

Request you to please help us in this case...
