Reliance mobile handset(Classic 204),outgoing calls barred

Respected Sir, I have purchased a reliance mobile handset (Classic 204) from an Reliance

authorised dealer Mittal Enterprises,Andheri(W), Mumbai on 18 th June 2007 in the name of

Archana Dasgupta.Her college has issued a certificate that she is a student of Maya Academy

of Advance Cenematics(MAAC)Andheri(W).Also her land lady of her PG accomodation

(Where she is presently living)has certified her staying).These certificates with her photo has

been submitted to Mittal Enterprises.They have satisfied with papers & accessed the mobile

service.After one week suddenly her outgoing calls has been barred.She immediately met

dealer they assured to continue the service but still it is barred.Now she is in trouble.Sir

You are requested,Pl.do the needful to resume her outgoing calls as early as possible.Thanks.
