regarding membership with savings smart

To: It may concern savings smart.com have been withdraw money from my bank

account that I never receive nothing from this particular company I need it to

be cancelled.When I call the 800-316-8774 I could talk to no one they just

gave me a member number please cancel this #453390113.

I am trying to find out what savingsmart is and why they are charging me on my Visa bill for it. I want it cancelled now and when I call the 800 number, I get nothing but a recording telling me to go online to cancel? 800-316-8774. What's the deal? How do I get this cancelled?
