I have a problem with a kitchen set that I ordered. When it was first =

delivered it was a mess. the chairs were scratched and the set was not =

new. They said they were ordering a new one and it would be here in ten =

days. well it is over the ten days and it is still not here. now they want =

me to wait another week to get the set. I want to cancel the order and =

they are going to fight me on it. what does a person need to do?
