This company refuses refund even though they provided me with information regarding the individual that used my credit card falsely online. They do not use name and address verification for credit card authorization, just address verification. This is their loop hole. Pacific WebWorks is very difficult to deal with, when trying to get a refund for services they did not provide and charges that were not authorized. Their Customer Service Dept. claims they are the corporate office and yet no supervisor is ever available. BEWARE!!!!
