My name is Marion Clark and I am being sent a litany of magazines, that I do not want, from Gulf Coast Readers. I have called them repeatedly and was told by the girl I spoke to that a manager would call me back: NEVER HAPPENED. I have called and left messages since then and: NO RESPONSE. My checking account was charged for magazines I was not getting. Because I couldn't get any help from the people at Gulf Coast to resolve this issue, I had to get my account numbers CHANGED so I wouldn't continue being charged. Must I call each of these magazines customer care centers to get them to stop sending me mail? Gulf Coast has withdrawn over $100 from my checking account and I will continue to pursue this matter until my bank account is back to normal.
