Complaint against DISH TV , India regarding poor service Hi , I purchased Dish TV set on 3rd of June from Tingre Nagar electronic shop (Vishrantwadi) Pune. It stop working after a week.I have visited 2-3 times to the shopkeeper but he is not taking any action on that. I also called customer care many times; they are saying that my subscription is not complete and asked me to send the subscriber application form. It is not my task to do all this .It is task of their dealer .If I want to ask with any senior person the executive say's that nobody is available. I fax that form on 20th June and inform the customer care but each time they say's that service will be started winth in 4-24 hrs.Till today it's not started. However our organisation (KANDLA PORT TRUST)had purched number of connections last year,we are feed up with the service people.My ID CODE:015 0504 3978-3. I am in need of Marathi Channel for which I am struggling since 26 Dec.2007. Further, If you don't help me in this matter,then I will start agitation not to purchase a Dish TV. Kumthekar P.S.
