airtel chennai, landline service awfully slow

airtel subscriber name , ms. jayaseeli,A , D3, 5 sivasankaran

street,kilpauk, chennai10 : we paid the bill amount to airtell chennai

for landline connection to be restored, more than 15 days, no sign of

activity from airtel side, line not restored. internet access not

possible. no incoming or outgoing calls for 15 days. for bill

collection several agents will come in a single day. globalisation

does not include prompt service and replies? disgusting service by

airtel. please forward this airtel chennai.
