I C Systems collections

I have been receiving phone calls from IC Systems about a dept belonging to someone else. I have informed this company they have the wrong person and wrong number. I have informed them to stop calling me on three occasions. Their agent is always rude, demeaning and act as though they have me by the short hair. When I advised them that I would seek legal action against them if they continued to call, the agent just laughed and said, "Go ahead and try it!" They still continue to call. Surely there must be a way to stop this company from harassing honest people..

After recieving many phone calls (hang ups on my answering machine) i found out thru call return it was these people

make a long story short i found that you can file an on line complaint with the federal trade commission

PLEASE PEOPLE WE ALL NEED TO DO THIS SO THE GOVERNMENT CAN TAKE SIGNIFICANT ACTION AGAINST THEM...DONT JUST TALK ,DO SOMETHING!!!

Everytime they harrass you go to their website and email them a ton of junk, and plug up their system. Or call their C.E.O. Kenneth Rapp at 651-483-8201.
