I ordered three machines for my children. Once received, the machine boxes

were never opened. On May 4, Cable Flex said to mail the items back by May

11, ( they claimed there was a several day grace period for items received

later that the 30 day free trial period). I Mailed the packages to the

address given to me by the Cable Flex rep. I mailed them via US Postal

service 6 day mail. I paid a total of $259.35 for the three machines and

$66.25 shipping costs to return the packages to Cable Flex. The post mark

on the packages WAS BEFORE THE RETURN DUE DATE OF MAY 11. THE PACKAGES WERE

MAILED AT THE POST OFFICE ON MAY 4, 2007. Today after several telephone

calls to Cable Flex. I was informed by their Rep named "Diana" (she said

she was not allowed to give out her last name), THAT THEY WERE NOT GOING TO

REFUND ANY MONEY TO ME AT ALL . Cable Flex admits the packages were mailed

within the return policy time frame. They admit they have all three items

in there warehouse. THE CABLE FLEX COMPANY FEELS THEY HAVE THE RIGHT TO

STEEL MY MONEY! THEY REFUSE TO REFUND THE PRICE PAID FOR THE ITEMS! THIS

IS A CLEAR CASE OF FRAUD. Will anyone be able to budge this heartless
