ON Dec 6th I took my dodge ram with approx. 69,447 miles on it, which was under warranty, to COURTESY DODGE OF GRAND RAPIDS MICHIGAN, for "NO HEAT AT IDLE, BUT, HEAT UPON ACCELERATION, AND, LOSS OF ANTIFREEZE", the next day BL called and said " your truck is fixed and it was the thermostat and radiator cap" and charged me $50 deductible, under the contract of the warranty. Approximately one week later I brought it in for the same thing, "NO HEAT AT IDLE, BUT, HEAT UPON ACCELERATION, AND, LOSS OF ANTIFREEZE. That day B L called and said,"it was an airbubble", and, fixed it free of charge, under the warranty. At this point I would like to state that since they had the cooling system apart it was their responsibility to make sure the system was bled and no airbubbles present Two weeks later I brought it in for, "NO HEAT AT IDLE, BUT, HEAT UPON ACCELERATION, AND LOSS OF ANTIFREEZE". B L asked "how long did it last this time". Approximately the next day B L called and said "I had an airbubble way down deep", and, fixed it free of charge, under the warranty. Approximately 3 months later the "check engine light" came on and found that there was a misfire in #3 cylinder. I brought it into the COURTESY DODGE DEALER OF Grand Rapids MICH.and B L said, that day it needed "fuel injector cleanout service" I did that, and gave them $163.77. One day later, the "check engine light" came back on, BL told me to bring it back one week later. The day I brought it back the "check gauges light" came on and the temperature gauge was topped out beyond hot, and, the antifreeze was gone. BL said, soon after "I had a broken sparkplug", and water in the intake, BL said, because I had mud in the frame (from getting stuck in mud) I must have sunk it in a lake, or big puddle, which I did neither, and that I needed a tune up to get it to run, (it ran when I brought it to them) I said do it.
