This is a e-mail I sent to Sandisk about a rebate. Maybe you can tell me how a company can make a $15 rebate $10 and take 6 months to send it to you.

 

on 12/08/06 I bought a Sandisk Ultra II 512 MB card form Meijers that had a $15 mail-in rebate. I sent the mail-in rebate the next day. Then waited and waited and waited. On 06/04/07 I called Sandisk to ask what was going on. I was told that the rebate had been denied, resubmitted and had that day been approved and wound be sent out. Well I got the check to day 6/23/07 and it was for $10. So what I need to know is why it takes your company so long to give a rebate and why when you get the rebate it is for the wrong amount. I also have all the forms that I used for the rebate.
