violation of the plan Mr M Raghavendra (9980196021). have shown

1) The STD plan he committed is Rs 99/month rental would be providing STD

@Re1/min forever till I do not unsubscribe it . I have printed and signed

document from him and a legal action may be taken if service is not provided

as agreed upon.

2) There is no Rental / Deposit is suggested by Mr M Raghavendra

(9980196021) As I am giving credit card standing instruction , however there

was no mention of salary slip and credit card statement even while I asked

from Mr M Raghavendra (9980196021). However find my salary slip attached in

PDF format .

3) I have asked you to Add my airtel no 9980388336 in login "samantbjain"

using the ADD New AIRTEL no . I dont need a separate login for this no . I

want all the landline(080-41679219) and mobile (9980388336) to be managed

from same login ("samantbjain")

Kindly ensure all these work done on top priority

I have taken a new airtel connection from Mr M Raghavendra (9980196021).

I have requested for following services while taking this new connection in

New AES199KK Plan

1)????? ISD without any monthly charges

2)????? STD TOP-UP Plan to make Re1/min STD .

None of these services are activated or working . Which is highly

unprofessional of you . I have tried to register the online account on

airtel.in which is also NOT working . so in a nutshell the connection is

like a dirty joke where nothing is working fine and a complete ignorance is

shown by AIRTEL customer care , Mr M Raghavendra (9980196021) and his

Agency .

Now here are my expectations from you :-

1)????? I request you to provide me both the services as promissed and

adject the monthly bill etc according to it .

2)????? I request you to make sure that all the STD calls made from day 1

should be charged as Re1/Min.

3)????? I have a landline connection no 41679219 , which has an airtel.in
