A week and a half ago I ordered triple play from Comcast, giving them my

cable TV, internet, and phone business. I told the person on the phone I

wanted to have the installation on Friday June 22nd from 12-4. When I

arrived home on Friday I noticed a letter from Comcast stating that they

were coming Saturday June 23rd. When I called Comcast to ask why the

change, they told me the person entered that date and there was no way I

could change it. I agree to the new date and realize I had to cancel my

saturday afternoon plans to attend a brother-in-law's surprise birthday

party.


At 3:50 on Saturday Comcast still had not shown up. I sat on hold for 20

minutes waiting to talk to someone. Once I did they had no explanation and

said the ticket was still open. Whil on hold I received an automated

message stating Comcast was coming from 4-5.


At 4:45 my would be tech Ligia Marin(773-827-2688) called me and said that

Comcast had given him "bad equipment and the parts were on back order",

maybe, he needed to check. He said he would call me back in 20 minutes. 30

minutes later I called him back and left a message. At 6 I called Comcast

again and I was told that my installation was rescheduled until Thursday

June 28th from 8-12.


I am so frustrated by my experience I don't know what to do. I would love

to take my business else where the problem is there is no where esle to go.
