Sprint PCS cancellation fee

This is in regard to a billing dispute between Heiko Hanusch and Sprint PCS regarding cancellation of service for Phone #817.721.3294.

After trying numerous times to contact Sprint PCS about an increasing number of dropped calls and never getting a return call (to tech support), even after being given a "Specialist #" and leaving voicemails, I decided to cancel my contract about a year before the actual expiration date.

I am disputing that I have to pay the cancellation fee based on the fact that Sprint PCS actually broke my contract first by not providing reliable service and not returning my calls to help me fix the problem (or at least try).
