JIFFY LUBE SIGNATURE SERVICE OIL CHANGE BOGO REBATE

Jiffy Lube store #2887- This is regarding the signature service oil

change BOGO rebate offer #740. I have three vehicles and did the

Pennzoil signature service oil changes in all three. I sent them in-2

back in November of 2006 and never received rebate back, so when got

third vehicle done in May 2007, I sent in rebate form along with copies

of the other two never received along with a letter stating never

received. I just called them and the May 2007 was processed, but

because I sent in 3 at a time, that was not allowed. The rebate coupon

says "Cannot be combined with any other Pennzoil offer". I was not

combining, I sent in 3 separate vehicles and 3 separate invoices. I

just mailed in one envelope. Customer Service at rebate center said too

bad, can't do that. So here I am to see if anyone out there can help

with the situation. I was talked into this "Signature Service Deal" by

stating I would get the BOGO. A $75 oil change is very high, but if get

one free, that's not too bad then. I spent $160 for the three oil

changes, trust me, If this does not get resolved, I WILL NOT be going to

Jiffy Lube ever again, I'll change the oil myself first.

I had the Signature oil change done on my car from Jiffy Lube. At the time they were running a special "mail in rebate" that would pay me back $15.00. I got the check, but it was made out to "Jiffy Lube". When I called them they said it was good towards other services the next time I come in. On my last visit I decided that I wasnt going to give Jiffy Lube my business again, because their prices were too high.
