JB factory carpet in kent,wa

I got my carpet and flooring from jb carpet, since then I have had the

nothing but problem .the installation

is a nightmare,as of today 6/21/07 iam still trying to get them to do the

job right,which was to be done on the 14th &15th no one at the store

knows what to do each time I go there I am told to talk to the manger he

says 'what do want me to do about it' then another manger tell me to talk to

the owner,john boukalis who is on vacation for few weeks, the installation is

so bad that it has taken

3 different installers and still it looks bad. not to say that iam selling

this house and now I have to take it off the market. who can help me?
