AIRTEL customer care is a JOKE!!!

Airtel for all its claims to be such a reputed company has the MOST

HORRIBLE service i have ever seen!! they take eternity to connect the

broadband internet . We had applied for the broadband connection, that too

the most expensive one they have to offer and we';ve been calling them non

stop for the past 2 weeks and sometimes their *mobile is switched off or

they dont have a modem in stock!!!* It is a highly ludicrous thing to happen

for such a huge , *so called "reputed" company*.Also no one seems to know

who their supervisor is or what the telephone numbers are. Either they have

hired the worst possible staff ever who NEVER inform their supervisors about

anything or the company is just eating from its (de)fame and will surely run

into bankruptcy soon with their GROWING CUSTOMER DISSATISFACTION.

I strongly DO NOT recommend airtel connection. Under no circumstances

should ANYONE take up an airtel connection, unless they like complaining and

making endless calls and want to take leave of their senses.

If any AIRTEL executive(such a joke) is reading this email....kindly note

that it would be wiser for your company to spend money hiring more trained

individuals and keeping more stock of modem's etc rather than paying

celebrities to endorse ur product.
