Multiple Quantity Discounts!"

The button works, but they never reply to any message sent concerning =

multiple unit discounts. I was about to place an order for three fairly =

expensive multimedia storage units and, quite obviously, wanted to take =

advantage of any discount they might offer. I sent the message three =

separate times and was completely ignored. The heading for my last =

e-mail to them was "Are you always this rude to people who are trying to =

buy your product?"

Apparently they are because they never responded to that e-mail =

either.

I ordered a storage unit on 12/06/07, expecting delivery before Christmas and was informed a few days before Christmas, as a result of my inquiry of my merchandise, that it was not available until 12/28. I had the option of cancelling and did so with a reply via email. I did not receive any confirmation. Jan 7, 08 have not heard from the company nor has there been a credit. Companies should not have the right to debit accts until the item is shipped. I have emailed them twice since and called to find out there is no one to answer calls unless it's during "normal business hours". Is 1:20pm Monday not a normal business hour? This is one of 3 calls placed during what I consider "normal business hours" (monday-friday 8-5). There is no prompt when called, to leave a message. There has been no response to emails or calls.
