Air National LLC, Tampa Florida and

Wells Fargo Financial National


Air National installed air conditioning and heating system that did not meet

the specifications of our contract ( a variable speed air handler) and

refuses to admit and correct their mistake.We attempted to resolve this

dispute ourselves without satisfaction.We were forced to exercise our legal

rights to protect ourselves from what was becoming a very bad experience

with Air National.We served both Air National and Wells Fargo an official

NOTICE OF CANCELLATION within the legal guidelines. Also, closed account

#2900667748 at Wells Fargo and received a letter from them confirming that

account was closed 3/13/07 as requested by us with a zero balance(they were

told not to disburse any money to Air National and confirmed that none had

been and that they could not reopen as closed account). This has been a very

upsetting experience. Wells Fargo paid Air National on 3/14/07. Someone in

their billing department made a mistake and tried to open a new account in

our names, then reopened the closed account. We have been trying to settle

this but have gotten no satisfaction. Wells Fargo has continued to send

statements. NO effort has been made by Air National or Wells Fargo to

correct this problem. We can supply you with all of the copies and evidence

Air National would never have continued with the transaction if we had received the Notice of Cancelation within the legal time frame. We know that particular law and completely abide by it.

Wells Fargo is obviously a large company and has teams of lawyers within their own company and would not have funded Air National if a cancelation notice had been received. This customer must have either never sent in a cancelation notice or it was past the legal time frame.

Air National has a customer satisfaction rating of 99.4%, it's unfair that this customer, in the 0.6%, has posted this untrue complaint.
