Time Warner Cable

I have been having some problems with Time warner cable. Their customer service is okay, but we are having some problems with reception and signal quality. I have had to call them at least four times this month for repair service, and the month is only half over. It's not just us, but everyone in an extended service area. Their local office only keeps bankers though. I suggest that they keep the office open until all problems are resolved, or else bring in another carrier to give them some competition, and give us (the consumers) a choice in service.
